Founder & CEO

Florian Moreno is the founder and CEO of Valere. French-born, based in the United States for over fifteen years, he has spent his career in one field: recovery.

Most people in this industry pick a lane. Florian built Valere to run the whole chain: the factory (America Cryo), the clinics (ZaLena Wellness), the software (Rewaken Life), the licensed technology (TEMP-ERA) and the consumer systems (IKAire). Each company sharpens the others.

The belief underneath it is simple: French engineering, American scale.

A horseman and motorsport enthusiast, he has spent years around athletes, human and equine, for whom recovery is the whole game. That view runs through everything Valere makes.

"I'm not trying to sell one more product. I'm building the layer everyone else builds on."
